The "True Marriage" Blog

My husband, Robert, and I have a huge heart for people in general but specifically for married folks. The survival of our marriage has been a true testament to the everlasting love and grace of our Father, God. He has sustained us and continues to sustain us through difficult life circumstances. The honest truth, for Robert and I, and for a lot of people, is that while we find wholeness in our Creator we still sometimes allow ourselves to be broken by life, by others, by the lies of our Enemy and by our own thoughts about ourselves. Marriage can be and should be a tool God uses to bring wholeness and healing to his people. The goal of this blog is to share the life lessons we both have learned through this wonderful and challenging journey of marriage in hopes to help you discover that you're not alone in your journey, that there are practical and not-so practical answers to your struggles and that God is with you and loves you and your spouse.
